AscentDescent is a local UIAGM certified guideservice for the Lyngen alps. Our home town of  Tromsø enables us to be up to date with conditions and the lyngen alps is our backyard.

Ski touring in the Lyngen Alps is something extra ordinary and unique, therefore the experience should be as genuine as possible.

After many years of touring and guiding in this area we have worked out some great logistical advantages which I’m happy to present. The possibility of visiting new mountains and massifs during the week makes for a varied and special experience. Lyngen is known for being one of the top spots in the world for ski touring and we believe we have what it takes to enable you to get the most out of the area. Fjords, midnight sun, untouched powder slopes, boat rides, genuine and comfortable accommodation is the atmosphere of  The Lyngen alps. These ski touring weeks can be run to suit all levels of skiers and are arranged with one guide to 1-6 clients.
