Summer is just around the corner and we start off with a well deserved vacation after a hectic ski season in The Lyngen alps. Our summer activities this summer will start from the 10 of July. We will have hiking day tours in Tromsø and Lyngen, guided alpine and rock climbing for all levels and visit the alpine peaks in the Lyngen alps and more… We offer mountain activities for all levels and needs this summer so please check the web page for updates regarding the different activities. Today we went guiding ice climbing close to the city of Tromsø. Great activity for the early winter here in Tromsø and it´s a good way being active in the outdoors at the moment. Lot´s of big snowfalls lately but with snow shoes it takes about 15 min to reach the ice falls. You don´t need to have previous climbing experience to join us for a day and we offer these tours on a daily basis.
In Tromsø we provide ice climbing instruction and guiding in December – February. Send an e-mail for booking and availability.

The ski touring season has started for real in Tromsø and The Lyngen alps and today I went out with friends enjoying the fantastic early winter pow. Our avalanche courses has started and the lectures we´ve had this fall has been well visited. It looks great for the season 13/14 and for booking and requesting ski touring and courses all you need to do is to send an email from this form.
Finally we have a place to do some proper work and you will find us in Sjøgata 14, Tromsø city. Cooperating with Tromsø Outdoor we now can provide a full concept of tours, courses and logistics from Tromsø city.

Todays climb on Zappfe egga near Tromsø was a good start of this summer´s guiding out of Tromsø, Norway. We will be based in our home town Tromsø for the rest of the summer and guiding in the mountains surrounding the Island. So if you have ambitions of reaching a high summit in the lyngen alps or maybe perform your first steps of rock and alpine climbing on Kvaløya please send and e-mail or call us for more tips and dates.
In Nord-Lenangen in the Lyngen alps the snow gods has been giving us days and days with the white stuff.. Hard wind now and then but in general the ski touring is fantastic. As alway the visibility comes and goes here, even in the worst of weather, so just being out on the mountain normaly pays off! A couple of weeks since last update here but we have been out on the mountain daily since then and it´s been good times… The conditions does not really allow us to go in very steep terrain at the moment but skiing powder is always fun!
