Being a small company, working with few fixed package deals, it all comes down to communicating and matching the different activities to the needs. I have many good suggestions of where to go and when but always work a bit extra to find out what’s important to different people. It could be the choice of accommodation, locations, trip economy etc. It is always of great interest to me to find something extra in each day of work and together we try to find a good balance between ambitions, level and pace.
